Return and Exchange Policy

At Sharalle, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handmade jewelry products. However, due to the nature of our items, we have a strict return and exchange policy to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

  1. Timeframe:

    • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

  2. Condition of the Product:

    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

    • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  3. Proof of Purchase:

    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Products purchased using any coupon, during sales, or on promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are also not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Gift items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  5. Video Requirement:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, you must record a video of the unboxing process. The video must:

      • Be clear and uninterrupted (no cuts or patches).

      • Show the product label and packaging clearly.

      • Show the product in its original condition.

      • State the reason for the return or exchange.

    • Upload the video to Google Drive and share the publicly accessible link in your return request email.

    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted based on color or other subjective attributes chosen by the user.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Send the Video:

    • Email the Google Drive link of the unboxing video to krishnacollections21@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Include your order number, contact details, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Approval Process:

    • Once the video is reviewed and approved, our team will contact you to schedule a pickup.

  3. Return Address:

    • Send the product to the following address:
      Hno 107, Lane-14, Ashok Vihar, Phase 2, Near Sec 5, Gurugram – 122001, Haryana, India.

  4. Pickup and Inspection:

    • After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  5. Refund or Exchange:

    • If the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

    • For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is approved.


Refunds

  1. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  2. Deductions:

    • The cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

      • Check your bank account or credit card statement.

      • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:

    • Exchanges are only offered for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns, including the 7-day timeframe and video requirement.

  2. Process:

    • If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, email us at krishnacollections21@gmail.com with the required video and details.

    • Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you.


Shipping Returns

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

    • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. Trackable Shipping:

    • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    • We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged during transit.
