To initiate a return or exchange, you must record a video of the unboxing process. The video must:

Upload the video to Google Drive and share the publicly accessible link in your return request email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted based on color or other subjective attributes chosen by the user.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
