Refund Policy

Return and exchange window

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing or wrong item, contact SHARALLE within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, product name, clear photos of the product, packaging and invoice, and a short package-opening video where available.

Items must be unused and returned with original packaging where a return is approved. Used, altered, damaged-after-delivery, incomplete, or late return requests may not be accepted.

Review and approval timeline

After we receive complete order details and images/video, SHARALLE reviews the request within 2 business days. If a return pickup or return shipment is required, the final replacement, exchange or refund approval is confirmed after the returned item passes quality check.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved or, for non-return cases, after the issue is verified by SHARALLE.

After SHARALLE initiates the refund, the bank, card network, UPI app or payment gateway may take another 3 to 7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Shipping charge refund

Prepaid orders ship free where available. Cash on Delivery orders carry a Rs 50 shipping charge, which may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective shipment from our side.
