Shipping charges

SHARALLE ships jewellery finishing accessories across serviceable Indian pincodes. Prepaid orders ship free where available. Cash on Delivery orders carry a Rs 50 shipping charge. Available shipping and payment options are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Order processing and dispatch timeline

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment or COD confirmation, subject to stock availability and order verification.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeline

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch to serviceable Indian pincodes. Remote locations, courier delays, weather issues, address issues or local restrictions may extend delivery to 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking and delivery support

Tracking details are shared after dispatch where courier tracking is available. Please provide a complete address, correct pincode and reachable phone number. Incorrect details, customer unavailability or missed delivery attempts can delay or return the shipment.

Bulk and maker orders

For larger boutique or maker quantities, dispatch may take 2 to 4 additional business days depending on stock and packing requirements. Contact us before ordering if you need stock confirmation, timeline support or product matching help.
