If you receive a wrong item, missing item, damaged product or defective piece, contact SHARALLE within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, product photos, packaging photos and a short package-opening video where available.

Before requesting support

Keep the product unused and in original packaging. Share clear photos or a short video of the issue. Mention whether the product was purchased for personal use, repair work or bulk jewellery-making supply.

Review and resolution timeline

We review complete return/exchange requests within 2 business days. If approved, the replacement, exchange or refund route is confirmed after checking the issue and, where required, after the returned item passes quality check.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after approval. Banks, UPI apps, card networks and payment gateways may take another 3 to 7 business days to reflect the amount after SHARALLE initiates the refund.

Product expectations

Dori, tassels, pearls and handmade-style findings can have small finishing variations. We aim to show product images clearly and organise packs by use, quantity and style so expectations are easier to match.
